Due to the artisanal nature of our small-batch production, all custom-tinted paints, primers, and sealers are non-returnable. We accept returns on unopened tools and sundries within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and do not include custom-mixed paint colors or specialty finishes.

Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items and ship them back to our Los Angeles warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Refund

Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
